therapy that meets you where you actually are

Whether you're doing this on your own or bringing a partner along, this is a place to slow down, drop the performance, and get honest.
for the ones doing this on your own
Individual Therapy

Some of you are here because anxiety has taken the wheel. Some of you are in the middle of a life transition that's cracked everything open. Some of you just have this quiet, nagging feeling that you don't fully know who you are anymore, and you're ready to find out.

That's what individual therapy is for.

We won't just talk about symptoms. We'll go underneath them, to the actual story. I'll be honest with you, sometimes more directly than you're used to, but always with care.

Who this tends to be for: Adults navigating anxiety, big life transitions, parenting struggles, identity questions, or just the sense that they've lost touch with themselves. LGBTQ+, poly, and kink identifying folks are always welcome here.

for the ones doing this together
Couples Therapy

Married, dating, poly, LGBTQ+, whatever your relationship looks like, if you're stuck in the same fight on repeat or you've started feeling more like roommates than partners, this is where we change that.

Using Gottman Method training alongside a client centered approach, we'll dig into communication, trust, and intimacy, and get to what you're each actually longing for underneath the argument.

peaceful therapy

Who this tends to be for: couples who love each other but keep hitting the same wall, partners navigating a life transition together, non-traditional and poly relationships, and parent-child relationships that need a little repair.

"The strongest relationships aren't the ones without conflict. They're the ones where both people keep choosing honesty."
what a first step looks like
A quick 15-minute consultation call, just to see if we're a good fit. If it feels right on both sides, I'll send over intake paperwork so we can get your first real session on the books.
what it's actually like working with me

I show up fully, every session, and I'll ask you to do the same, as much as you're able. I'll be honest with you, even when it's not the easiest thing to say, because I care more about your growth than your comfort in any given moment.

And if I ever feel like I'm not the right person for what you need, I'll tell you, and I'll send over resources for other therapists who may be a better fit.

No judgment here. Ever. Just a few people doing real work together.
